The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage and pool and entertainment room that open up to lawn area.

The upper level consists of an open plan kitchen and living area as well as an entertainment room and separate guest toilet. Entertainment and living area opens up with stack and fold doors onto balcony with outdoor braai area and exceptional ocean views. 1 Bedroom

Bedrooms all have built in cupboards and carpeted flooring. All bedrooms with en-suite downstairs with a separate bathroom upstairs.

Villa Royale is equipped with high end appliances, DSTV, Wifi as well as an indoor splash pool.

Rates 2023:
Low season – R4655.00 (1 Jun – 31 Jul)
Mid-season – R5790.00 (15 Jan – 13 Dec not including Easter)
High season – R6920.00 Easter & Peak Season (14 Dec – 15 Jan 2024)
Minimum stay of 2 nights
Cleaning fee of R700.00 and refundable damage deposit of R2500.00 payable on each booking.
