Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property – even when only main house is booked, flats will then simply remain locked (not booked to other guests).

Main features of this home include the pool table, swimming pool, dart board, sea view from the top balcony and of course how spacious the property is, making it the ideal set up for any celebration or team building activity! 


The house offers access to a swimming pool & outdoor braai area on the ground floor. On the top floor the balcony offers a stunning sea view, with outdoor braai, pool table and dart board.
Parking behind electronic gates for 8 vehicle or more (depending on size).

The Main House , sleeping 23 people is made up of a top & ground floor:
Ground Floor:
– Entering the front door into open plan living area with 2 x beds sleeping 4 people
– Kitchen area,
– 2 x bathrooms and
– 2 x bedrooms (each sleeping 3 people per bedroom)

Top Floor:
– Open plan living area with TV, indoor braai, kitchen and dining area
– 4 x bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping total of 13 people on top floor
– Balcony with outdoor braai, gas braai, pool table & dart board

Flat No 1 (Sleeping 3 people):
– Open plan living room with beds sleeping 3 people
– Kitchenette Area
– Bathroom

Flat No 2 (Sleeping 5 people):
– Open plan living area with kitchenette
– 2 x bedrooms sleeping 5 people

The house has a backup generator which automatically starts during load shedding to provide electricity to basic appliances.

*Note: Electronic Wheelchair Device at the staircase as seen on pictures has been disconnected and is not operational.
