This rustic gem is self-contained and secluded enough to offer a private escape for any group of friends or family literally a few steps from the infamous 16 Mile Beach.

Fully equipped  self catering kitchen , includes 2 full size fridge/freezers and  an under counter fridge , microwave, oven, gas cooker (2 plate), kettle, toaster, glassware, cutlery and crockery.

There is also a bar fridge and deep freeze in the living area to ensure all your drinks are kept cold .
Outdoor and indoor braai area , grids and tongs supplied.
Dishes and kitchen/living area will be cleaned each morning .

Sleeping configuration:
4 x Double en-suite bedrooms
1 x Dorm-style en-suite bedrooms kitted out with bunks – sleeps 8
1 x Dorm-style en-suite bedrooms kitted out with bunks – sleeps 6
1 x Dorm-style en-suite bedrooms kitted out with bunks – sleeps 4
Bedding included for all rooms. Each bedroom contains a heater for cold nights.
Basic bathrooms: contain shower, toilet and basin. There are also 2  separate toilets that lead from the living area.

No TV on offer
Guests to bring their own bath and swimming towels .
Please note: No speeding (the speed limit is 30kmph to preserve the wildlife and tranquillity) .

Meals – Working up an appetite
This Property is self-catering .
A spitbraai can be arranged by a trusted service provider (Lamb is standard but other options can be arranged)
Groups of 10 – 14 R 255 per person
Groups of 15 and up R230 per person
Spit includes:
500grams Raw meat bone in per person
Curry pasta salad
Green salad
Pearl onions and potatoes
Garlic bread
(Vegetarian, vegan and special dietary requirements can be catered for – additional costs may be incurred)
