Spacious family holiday house, with pool and entertainment areas to give both young and old the sense of being on a well-deserved break. It’s breathtaking views of the Lagoon, wild animals in the green belt, birdlife, wild flowers and more, all add to this perfect holiday destination.

Although two minutes’ drive to the beach and restaurants, this house offers it all without stepping outside its parameters.

Kitchen fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven and gas hobs. The kitchen is large with separate scullery (dishwasher, w/machine/dryer),

BBQ area, dining area, flat screen TV. Equipped with DSTV. Free WIFI with monitored usage. 8 Seater dining table. Undercover patio with braai and concertina doors to close in unpleasant weather. Please be advised that only the lower level of the house is available for guests private use.

The house sleeps 6 people but can accommodate 8.

2nd Bedroom – 1 x Queen bed
3rd Bedroom – 1 x Double bed
4th Double Bed (This is in the open lounge & no bedroom)
The 2nd & 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a full bathroom and separate guest toilet

R3200.00 per night – Winter weekend rates (16 May – 15 Aug) Min 2 nights
R3850.00 per night – Summer rates (15 Jan – 15 May & 16 Aug – 9 Dec) Min 2 nights & 3-4 nights on long weekends. Mid-week rates do not apply for school holidays.
R4750.00 per night Easter weekend. Min stay 4 nights.
R4750.00 Peak every night (10 Dec – 15 Jan) Min 7 nights
