On the Beach unit 1 is a comfortable 75 square meter apartment in the private and secure residential area of Paradise beach, an ideal holiday destination, which is located next to Club Mykonos.
This lovely apartment is fitted with large euro-fold doors opening up to a large balcony with a built-in stainless steel braai and spectacular views of the bay. All floors are fitted with non-slip tiles.
On the Beach 1 is rented out on a self-catering basis. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary luxuries including heated towel rails, H2O water purifier, Wi-Fi and DSTV (Hotel bouquet). The house is also equipped with linen and towels.

En-Suite Bathroom with large shower, bath, bidet and heated towel rails.

Regrettably no pets allowed.

Rates 2020:
Low Season – R1500 per night, minimum of 2 nights (10 Jan – 8 April & 13 April – 13 Dec)
High Season – R2586 per night, minimum of 4 nights (9-12 April & 14-20 Dec)
Peak Season – R3209 per night, minimum of 7 nights (21 Dec – 3 Jan)
Refundable breakage deposit of R 750.00
