Mulligan is a double storey house located in the Langebaan Country Estate. This is modern house with the living area and sheltered built-in braai on the ground floor and bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Langebaan Country Estate is a security Estate with an 18-hole Gary Player Design’s Black Knight golf course. The Estate is home to a variety of indigenous wildlife and also offers an array of activities for the guest, including:

•A driving range, Golf Lessons, Mashie golf, Foot golf and Pro-Putt,
•Swimming Pools, Bowels, Tennis courts and Play Parks,
•Fully equipped Gym and a Running & Cycling trails, and
•Restaurant

This house caters for 10 people of which a maximum of 6 may be adults (>12 yrs).
Mulligan is rented out on a self-catering basis, it is equipped with quality linen and towels.The house is equipped with all the necessary luxuries including flat screen TV and hotel bouquet DSTV, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Regrettably no pets are allowed

Rates 2021:
Low Season – R3456 per night, minimum of 2 nights (11 Jan – 31 Mar & 6 April – 7 Dec)
High Season – R3903 per night, minimum of 2 – 4 nights (4–10 Jan (2 nights), 1–5 Apr, 8–19 Dec)
Peak Season – R4809 per night, minimum of 3 – 7 nights (1–3 Jan (3 nights) 20–31 Dec)
Refundable breakage deposit of R 1500.00
