This magnificent, elegantly styled self-catering house in Voëlklip is nestled at the foot of the Klein River mountain range. Maanskynhuis to the back overlooks Maanskynkop, from where the house derives its name. To the front Maanskynhuis has an unspoiled, 180 degree view over Walker Bay.

Upper Level:
Open-plan, spacious and well-designed fully equipped kitchen opening up onto two patios:
1st Patio on the north eastern side of the house facing the mountain with a built-in braai and 10-seater table. 2nd Patio one the south eastern side has magnificent views over Grotto Beach and the Klein River Lagoon. The lounge area is large and comfortable with a flat screen satellite television. The formal dining-room has a 12-seater table.

Lower Level:
5 Double Bedrooms en- suite.
2 Twin Bedrooms en-suite.
Reception lounge and games room with snooker table and with Cocktail bar and Dstv.
Indoor Jacuzzi next to the bar leading out to the pool area.
All linen and towels provided. Bring along your own swimming pool and beach towels.

Rates:
Peak Season: R7250 per day – (15 December – 15 January)
Shoulder Season: R6550 per day – (16 January – 30 April)
Shoulder Season: R6550 per day – (1 September – 14 December)
Off Season: R5950 per day – (1 May – 31 August)
Minimum stay of 2 nights
Easter minimum stay of 4 nights
Long weekends minimum stay of 3 nights
Peak season minimum stay of 14 nights

Exit clean and laundry fee of R660.00. A refundable breakage deposit of R 2500.00.
Strictly no smoking. A R1000 penalty will be charged. Guests are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
