Fairview is a cosy double storey house situated in central Langebaan in the Country Club. This is a well-designed holiday house which is beautifully decorated and furnished with quality furniture. The house has an open plan living room, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms on the ground floor.

The outside built-in braai area is on a patio and sheltered from the elements. The house has a large enclosed back garden with a well maintained lawn.

Fairview caters for 6 people and is rented out on a self-catering basis. The house is equipped with luxuries like dishwasher, two flat screen TV’s, DVD player, and full bouquet DSTV. The house is also equipped with quality linen and towels.

Designated driveway parking.

Regrettably no pets are allowed.

Rates 2020:
Low Season -R2102 per night, minimum of 2 nights (10 Jan-8 April&13 April-13 Dec)
High Season – R2577 per night, minimum of 4 nights (9-12 April & 14-20 Dec)
Peak Season – R3104 per night, minimum of 7 nights (21 Dec – 3 Jan)
Refundable breakage deposit of R 1000.00
