Cancellation: Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking charge. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees do not include the cleaning or breakage fees. Cape Coastal Accommodation will endeavour to secure a replacement booking and should this be the case will do their best to get the funds already paid to the owner refunded to the guests but a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking charge, fees not included, will be due to Cape Coastal Accommodation
